General information and Special Interests:
Dr. David Gropper joined Pediatric Associates in 1989 after completing his residency in New York. His areas of pediatric special interest include allergy and immunology and Lyme disease.
He is on the Advisory Board of the Pediatric Advice Line from CCMC, is a member of the Lyme Disease Task Force, Centralized Credentialing Committee of Danbury Hospital and teaches Pediatric Advanced Life Support.
Personal:
Dr. Gropper is a lifelong runner and currently participates in Thai kickboxing. He enjoys target shooting, hiking, and gardening. He is involved in several environmental groups and is on the Board of the The Land Trust of Danbury, Board of Directors of Audubon Connecticut and the Old Quarry Nature Center. He has served on the Stewardship Board of The Bent of the River Audubon Center in Southbury, and is currently it's chairman. Dr. Gropper lives in Danbury with his wife and son.
